Alemite 550 Pistol Grip Grease Gun

The Alemite 550 Pistol Grip Grease Gun provides easy, on-hand operation and come with an 18" flexible hose and coupler.

Develops 5,500 psi

Delivery: 1 oz of grease per 33 strokes in high volume mode; 1 oz of grease per 63 strokes in high pressure mode

Unique dual leverage allows choice between high pressure or high volume output

Grease Buster Tool™

Cleans grease fittings and bearings using oil solvent and hydraulic pressure.

Using Grease Buster tool without any fluid voids any warranty. We will attempt to repair at owner's expense.

1. Pull piston out of cylinder

2. FILL cylinder with solvent (NO aerosol can lube)

3. Snap tool onto grease fitting

4. Tap piston with 1/2 to 1 pound hammer

5. Tip may be looened 1/1 turn left to loosen pressure lock. Keep tip tight at all other times.

6. Use Teflon tape on the threads of combinational model.

Repitition of hitting piston is much more important than one or two hard hits. (You may bend the piston if you attempt to FORCE the piston past the stop.)
